Chocolate in a Bottle began with a revelation not in a vineyard, but in a suitcase. After years of working in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels across Europe, Belgian sommelier Tom De Bruyn set out to share Europe's finest specialties with the world.

But during a trip to Oman, his suitcase full of pralines melted in the desert heat and that moment sparked an idea.


What if he could capture the essence of Belgian chocolate in a French sparkling wine? After countless trials, Tom discovered the perfect balance: a refined blend of blanc de blancs grapes with the subtle elegance of chocolate.
In 2017, he nurtured the brand with passion and precision, growing it from a single bottle into a global experience.


Today, Chocolate in a Bottle is more than a drink. It’s a ritual. A story. A gift that surprises the palate and elevates the moment. And now the experience is proudly available in the USA, crafted to suit every celebration, every taste, and every story.
